This page explains how to request deletion of data Oya processes through Meta-connected workflows.
Who This Applies To
These instructions apply to data processed through Oya's Meta-related integrations, including Facebook and Instagram business or advertising workflows that a user or workspace admin connected to Oya.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@enteroya.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the correct account or workspace, such as:
- Your name and contact email
- The brand or workspace name associated with the connection
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account identifier involved, if known
- A short description of what you want deleted
Authorization
If the request relates to a brand-owned workspace, we may need to verify that you are authorized to act for that organization before deleting workspace-linked information.
What We Delete
When a valid request is confirmed, we will delete or deidentify applicable connected-platform data that Oya controls, which may include stored integration credentials, linked account references, and related synced metadata, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or other legitimate business obligations.
Timing
We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of successful verification.
Disconnecting an Integration
Disconnecting a Meta integration in Oya may stop future syncing, but it may not by itself remove all previously stored records. If you want historical integration data removed, please submit a deletion request using the process above.
